I actually got these shoes last Christmas as a present from Adam. They are from Ugg and are lined with sheepskin.
I got them in a uk size 5.5 even though usually I would buy ugg boots in a size 4.5 these shoes come up really small! 
I liked them because I thought they would be great in winter as they are waterproof and lined with the sheepskin for warmth. They will also look great for work with dresses or trousers.
